Meet JB Ahir
JB Ahir is the visionary founder of TelentFest Training Institute and one of Gujarat's youngest and most impactful motivational speakers. With more than a decade of experience in training, talent development, live events, and youth mentoring, he has created a platform that identifies, nurtures, and celebrates exceptional talent across India.

Founder & Motivational Speaker
An MBA graduate from Ganpat University, Mr. JB Ahir brings more than 10 years of training and leadership experience to TelentFest. He was awarded the title of Best Motivational Speaker in 2018 and has conducted more than 1,580 seminars across 18 districts. Through his seminars and initiatives, he has positively impacted over 3.5 lakh students, 1.5 lakh parents, and more than 20,000 teachers and professionals. More than a speaker, Mr. JB Ahir is a mentor for youth, a catalyst for positive change, and a passionate advocate for education, confidence, creativity, and noble social causes.
